Course Requirements

Prerequisites:

  1. Basic Computer Skills

    • Proficiency in using Windows OS and Microsoft Office applications.
    • Familiarity with navigating cloud-based solutions like Office 365.
  2. Foundational Knowledge of Data Analysis

    • Understanding of basic data concepts (e.g., datasets, tables, rows, and columns).
    • Exposure to spreadsheets and data visualization tools is a plus.
  3. Microsoft Power BI (Preferred but not mandatory)

    • Basic familiarity with Power BI Desktop or Power BI Service is recommended.
    • Knowledge of creating simple charts and dashboards is helpful.
  4. Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (Preferred but not mandatory)

    • General understanding of Dynamics 365 CRM modules (e.g., Sales, Service, Marketing).
    • Basic experience with CRM data, entities, and fields.

Technical Requirements:

  1. Hardware

    • A laptop or PC with at least:
      • Processor: Dual-core (Intel i5 or higher recommended).
      • RAM: 8GB minimum (16GB preferred).
      • Storage: At least 20GB free space for software and datasets.
  2. Software

    • Microsoft Power BI Desktop (latest version).
    • Access to Microsoft Dynamics 365 (trial or production environment).
    • A valid Microsoft 365 account for Power BI Service access.
  3. Internet

    • Reliable internet connection with a minimum speed of 5 Mbps for cloud-based operations.

Learning Requirements:
